Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove by washing even an oil part contained by impregnation inside a solid sample, reliably and in a short time, regarding a washing method wherein this solid sample is washed before the surface of the solid sample is observed in magnification.
CONSTITUTION: In a state wherein a solid sample 5 is immersed in an organic solvent liquid 4 inside a hermetically-sealed vessel 3 and then the pressure inside the hermetically-sealed vessel 3 is reduced by a pressure reducing device 11, ultrasonic washing is applied to the solid sample 5.
