Abstract:
To provide an efficient method for establishing a subcultured cell strain from the nucleus-transplanted embryos of matured bovine somatic cells.
This method for establishing a bovine early embryo-derived subcultured cell strain is characterized by comprising the following practice: using matured bovine somatic cells as donor cells, a nuclear transplantation to enucleated unfertilized ova as recipient cells and the resultant blastcysts are directly subjected to subculture without discrimination of internal cell aggregate from trophectoderm.
