Abstract:
To provide a method for establishing cell strain derived from human malignant ovarian germ cell tumor and to provide the cell strain and to provide a method or the like for screening an antineoplastic agent by utilizing the cell strain.
The present invention provides a tumor cell strain obtained by passing through a step for culturing human malignant ovarian germ cell tumor cell in a culture medium containing a serum, insulin and epidermal growth factor (EGF), its carboplatin and cisplatin-resistant cell strain and provides a method for screening a compound effective in human yolk sac tumor using a transfer factor Nkx 2.5 as a target molecule by using the cell strain.
