To provide a means for estimating a flight course having no breaks and successive, concerning a sequence of flights of an arbitrary number comprising a plurality of kinds of flights.
Data on a movement course comprising at least one of the position, speed, acceleration, and angular velocity of a movable body are estimated on the basis of on observed values at each observation time of the movable body prepared beforehand. Moreover, the data on a movement course comprising a plurality of sections, each of which is a section in which movement comprising one kind of motion is made, are estimated. First, the correspondence between elements of the data on the movement course and basic state variables for each section, and the order of the data on the movement course are found for each section, in accordance with the kinds of motions in that section. Then a state transition matrix which accords to the correspondence and the basic state transition matrix for each section found beforehand on the basis of the observed values, is found for each section. Then a planned coefficient data matrix is found according to the orders and the state transition matrices in all of the sections. Lastly, estimated values of movement course data are found according to the planned coefficient data matrices, and observation data columns based on the observation values.
