Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set up an optimum parameter corresponding to a purpose by the small number of experiments by utilizing the design of experiments for conventionally evaluating physical quantity. CONSTITUTION:A fuzzy control 6 sets up an antecedent part membership function and a consequnet part membership function for a fuzzy arithmetic part 1. An evaluating device 7 uses the consequent part membership function to be set up for the fuzzy control 6 as a control factor,uses the label of the consequent part membership function for the reference of the control factor and uses the control variable Y or manipulated variable U as measuring values to apply the design of experiments. Gain in each reference of respective rules and the contribution ratios of respective rules are found out. Consequently, whether a set membership function or inference rules is optimum or not can be quantitatively grasped and its correcting method can easily be decided.
