Abstract:
PURPOSE: To establish the method for rapid and easy evaluation of such a kneading state which can be used as a parameter in operation at the time of obtaining a molding by injection molding a kneaded mixture composed of metallic powder and an org. binder.
CONSTITUTION: The molding is obtd. by injection-molding the kneaded mixture obtd. by kneading the metallic powder and the binder. The kneaded mixture is molded to a specified shape during the operation to obtain a molding operation sample. The electric resistance of this sample is then measured.
