Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing proteins, by which the two different proteins can be expressed in one cell and the proteins can stably be produced and managed in induction conditions.

This method for expressing the different proteins comprises a process for introducing a base sequence encoding the first protein and a base sequence encoding the second protein in the downstream of PMOD1 promoter and the downstream of PMOD2 promoter, respectively, in Pichia methanolica as a host to obtain the recombinant of the Pichia methanolica, a process for culturing the recombinant in a culture liquid in the presence of oxygen to express the first protein in the PMOD1 promoter in the presence of glycerol and/or xylose, and a process to express the second protein in the PMOD2 promoter in the presence of methanol.
