Abstract:
To solve a problem that a resin molding having a high magnetic force and small unevenness of the force in a longitudinal direction cannot be obtained by a conventional method for manufacturing a resin molding for molding wherein the molding is extrusion-molded or injection-molded by using a resin magnet composition obtained by filling a ferrite in a high density in a binder.
The resin molding is obtained by extrusion molding by using the resin magnet composition obtained by mixing an SmFeN as a magnetic powder with a binder of a thermoplastic resin or the like.
