Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the network constitution by deciding the position of every network connection device based on the receiving intensity of plural radio waves and also on the position information on the radio stations which transmitted the radio waves, storing that information into a database.
SOLUTION: A network connection device 2 receives the radio waves transmitted from at least three PHS base stations 3 via a PHS terminal 21 and transmits the receiving intensity of each radio wave to a device constitution information management device 1. The device 1 decides the position of the device 2 based on the receiving intensity of those three radio waves sent from the device 2 and also on the position information on each stations 3 that transmitted the radio wave. The device 1 also constructs a database 4 related to the device 2, and the database 4 is stored in a storage device such as a hard disk that is placed at the inside or outside of the device 1.
