PURPOSE: To stably and surely feed the special tape whose holding part is limited by tilting a pair of feeding rollers in the advancing direction, mounting a flange on the other feeding rollers, and holding and feeding the single pilot side of the special tape by these pair of rollers.

CONSTITUTION: When a special tape 12 is fed, an upper side roller 14 made of urethane rubber of a tape holding contact part 13 is tilted by 3-4° in the advancing direction of the tape, a flange 16 is mounted on a lower side roller 15 made of steel, and a roller-held holding part 11 of the special tape 12 is held and fed by a pair of upper and lower rollers 14, 15. As a result, this special tape 12 is brought close to the flange 16 side of the lower side roller 15, and the outside edge of the roller-held part 11 is received by the flange 16, and the roller-held part 11 of the special tape 12 is constantly held by a pair of upper and lower rollers 14, 15 to be stably and surely fed without the change of the holding position to the right or left, or without coming off the rollers 14, 15.
