Abstract:
To perform an optimum feedwater control for the steam boiler even in the presence of changes in the operating state.
In this method of feedwater control for the steam boiler, the start and stop of a feedwater pump 3 is controlled by a level detecting element 5 provided in a water tube 4, and, when the element 5 fails to detect the water level and the pump 3 is to be started after a specified time period, the period is determined according to the operating state of the boiler.
