Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To in a short time convert organic substances in an ecological system into compost by using ultra-thermophilic bacteria and to provide completely automatic control treatment.
SOLUTION: In a method for fermenting waste in the ecological system, the ultra-thermophilic bacteria and the waste in the ecological system are agitated/mixed in an insulating system, the temperature of the waste in the ecological system is increased rapidly to 100°C or above by heat generated by the propagation of the bacteria, water is evaporated, pressure is also increased to destroy the cell membrane of the ecological system, nutrition components are supplied to the bacteria, automatic high-speed fermentation treatment is done, and the steam is taken out. By detecting the state of the waste, the high-speed fermentation treatment of the waste in the ecological system is controlled automatically.
