To provide a method for filling a photo-induced cationic polymerizable resin composition obtained by uniform photo polymerization in a short time into a filling part and a filling apparatus used for this method.
The method for filling a photo-induced cationic polymerizable resin composition comprises the steps of coating the surface of a roll or an endless belt with the photo-induced cationic polymerizable resin composition; performing the photo-induced cationic polymerization of a part of the resin composition by light irradiation; and filling the polymerized resin composition into a filling part. The filling apparatus is constituted of the roll or the endless belt; a coating device which coats the surface of the roll or the endless belt with the photo-induced cationic polymerizable resin composition; a light irradiation device which irradiates the coated photo-induced cationic polymerizable resin composition with light; a scraping device which scrapes a part of the polymerized resin composition obtained by photo-induced cationic polymerization using light irradiation; and the filling part by which the scraped resin composition is packed.
