Title:
METHOD OF FIXING ORGANIC BINDER MAGNET TO OTHER SUBSTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS55103707
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the fixing force of the organic binder magnet to other substance by a method wherein other substance with a groove is inserted to the organic binder magnet and the magnet is clamped from outer periphery toward its center to fasten and fix other substance.

CONSTITUTION: After inserting other substance 2' with a groove to an organic binder magnet 1, the fixed portion of the magnet 1 to other substance 2' is contracted to be intruded into the groove of other substance 2' and fix it. Thus, there are obtained such advantages that the management of adhesives is not required, the fixing method becomes easier, and it is possible to improve the fixing force and resistance against the breakage of the magnet unlike other calking and press-fitting methods because pressure is applied to the outer periphery to intrude the inner periphery of the magnet into the groove of other substance and thus external force is run away. In addition, magnetic efficiency is also improved due to no need of bushings.
