Abstract:
To provide a high-usefullness spraying repair layer, in which during flame spray repairing of the refractory of an industrial furnace, a lining refractory is not damaged and graphite in the refractory is not oxidized, and a spray repair layer and the lining refractory are made firmly to adhere to each other.
The temperature of a refractory surface is increased to 1,000°C or higher and in a state that the temperature of the refractory surface is 1,000°C or higher, a refractory fine powder is sprayed toward the surface of the refractory, to form a spray repair layer.
