PURPOSE: To obtain the color image forming method superior in development processing stability and image storage stability after development by processing a color photographic sensitive material with a development processing solution containing a specified compound.

CONSTITUTION: The photosensitive material has photographic constitution layers comprising at least each one of red-, green-, and blue-sensitive layers and nonphotosensitive layer on one side of a transparent support, and a magnetic recording layer on the other side and it is processed with the development processing solution containing at least one of the compounds represented by formulae I and II in which R1 is alkyl or hydroxyalkyl; R2 is alkylene or hydroxyalkylene; R3 is a substituent; (m) is an integer of 0-4; R11 is alkyl; R12 is alkylene; R13 is Hor alkyl; R14 is a substituent; and (n) is an integer of 0-4.
