Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a satisfactory electrode pattern form by setting the ratio of organic binder weight to inorganic particle weight in a reflection preventing film forming paste layer larger than the ratio of inorganic binder weight to inorganic particle weight in a conductive film forming paste.
SOLUTION: The organic binder weight in an antireflection preventing film forming paste composition is preferably set to 10-200 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of inorganic particle. The organic binder weight in a conductive film forming paste composition is preferably set to 5-100 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of inorganic particle. The organic binder used for the reflecting preventing film forming paste composition preferably has the higher alkali solubility than the organic binder used for the conductive film forming paste composition. The alkali solubility is regulated by increasing and decreasing the molecular weight of a binder resin, the content of an alkali soluble resin in the binder resin, or the copolymerization ratio of a monomer in the alkali soluble resin.
