Abstract:

SOLUTION: A process wherein a strip-shaped steel sheet is so bent in the direction of the width as to form a hollow part 7 and the end parts in the width direction are made to overlap each other with a surplus end part 9 left in one end part 8a, a process wherein the surplus end part 9 is folded and lapped adherently over the other end part 8b, a process wherein the part lapped together adherently is calked and a process wherein an interlocking engagement part 5 is formed by bending the lapped part of the end parts in the width direction, are provided.
