Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a high-quality graft from a pluripotent stem cell-derived differentiation-inducing cell, a graft produced by using the method, a treatment method of a disease by using the graft, or the like.SOLUTION: A method for producing a graft includes: (a) a process of executing an undifferentiated cell removal operation in a cell cluster including a pluripotent stem cell-derived differentiation-inducing cell, and a process of optionally freezing and then thawing the cell cluster; and (b) a process of inoculating the cell cluster obtained in the process (a) on a culture substrate to form and culture a graft.SELECTED DRAWING: None
