Abstract:
To provide a formation method of a sprayed coating capable of forming an excellent sprayed coating more efficiently than a conventional high-speed flame spraying method; and to provide high-speed flame spraying equipment, and a high-speed flame spraying nozzle.SOLUTION: In a formation method of a sprayed coating, high-speed flame spraying equipment includes a combustion chamber 2 for generating combustion gas by burning a fuel and combustion-supporting gas, a Laval nozzle part 3 provided on an outlet 21b of the combustion chamber 2, for generating supersonic speed flame by compressing and expanding the generated combustion gas, and a barrel part 4 for injecting spray particles accelerated and heated by the supersonic speed flame. In the high-speed flame spraying equipment, a combustion pressure of the combustion gas in the combustion chamber 2 is set to be 0.8 MPa or more and less than 5.0 MPa, and a high-speed flame spraying nozzle having proper inner diameter and length corresponding to the setting is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
