Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fragmenting a composite material capable of easily performing fragmentation treatment of the material and a method for improving characteristics capable of treating to change the characteristics of the material.
SOLUTION: A deteriorating treatment for deteriorating a matrix resin is subjected to the composite material in which the matrix resin and a reinforcing material are complexed to crack the material, the material is treated as prescribed in a state in which the crack is generated in this manner so that the material can be suitably treated. The material in which the crack is formed can be suitably fragmented by cracking or comminuting or the material in which the crack is generated can be filled by treating to fill a filler in the crack so that the material can be suitably improved in its characteristics. The deterioration can be realized by an ozone exposing treatment, ozone and ultraviolet exposing treatment, a heat cycle treatment and a quenching treatment.
