To solve the problem with a conventional method of generating skid resistance by means of spraying an antiskid material that duration of the effectiveness is short, the antiskid material is flown in all directions, powder dust is generated, and a function of a drainage pavement is deteriorated, because the antiskid material is hard and remains on the road surface.
A soft antiskid material to be crushed by a passing vehicle is sprayed on the snow ice road surface by an antiskid material spraying vehicle. The soft antiskid material is crushed and spreaded by the passing vehicle, and generates the skid resistance on the road surface. The fine powder thus crushed and spreaded flows away together with melted snow water and does not remain on the road surface since the fine powder is weak electrolytic. Consequently, problems like flying in all directions, powder dust and deterioration of the function of the drainage pavement do not arise. Further, since the temperature of the paved road surface does not lower, increase in the volume of the spray material for additional spraying is not needed. The spreaded fine powder also serves as a soil neutralizer.
