PURPOSE: To give releasability preventing transferring to a contacting material with excellent adhesion, to a base material, by applying a reaction product from a polydiorganosiloxane and a product prepared by the reaction of an amino gp.-contg. silane with an epoxy gp.-contg. silane, to the surface of a base material.
CONSTITUTION: A composition primarily composed of (A) 80W99.9wt% polydiorganosiloxane of viscosity 20W1,000,000cst at 25°C, having a silanol gp. and (B) a reaction product from an amino gp.-contg. silane (i) of formula I (wherein Q1 is H, -CH3 or -CH2CH2CH2NH2; R1 is a divalent 1W4C hydrocarbon gp.; R2 and R3 are monovalent 1W4C hydrocarbon gp.; a is 0.1) and an epoxy gp. contg. silane (ii) of formula II (wherein Q2 is a glycidoxy gp. or an epoxycyclohexyl group; R4 is a divalent 2W4C hydrocarbon gp.; R5 and R6 are monovalent 1W4C hydrocarbon gp.; b is 0.1), is applied to the surface of a base material to form a coat.
