Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a halftone dot from occurring when a resist is printed on the surface of a metal sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A resist film 36 with no halftone dot is printed on the surface of a metal sheet 34 by making the viscosity of the resist at least 500 and at most 2,000CPS, a gravure mesh of a gravure cell at least 130 and at most 170 mesh and the width W of a nip at least 5 and at most 20mm.
