Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce industrial waste treatment cost, to eliminate wasteful consumption of self hardening material, to improve profitability, workability and reliability, by perfectly preventing self hardening material such as cement milk requiring industrial waste treatment from discharing.
SOLUTION: In this ground improvement method, a high pressure jet cutting process is executed for the objective ground G in the range of the ground to be improved, and then a liquid hardening agent injection process is executed. In this case, in the high pressure jet cutting process, high pressure liquid containing air and liquid is jetted from the nozzles 8, 9 on the extreme end part of an injection tube inserted into the ground, muddy water is mixed with the circumference of the remaining earth while discharging one part of drilled earth by an air lift effect, and in the liquid hardening agent injection process, the liquid hardening agent of higher specific gravity than that of the muddy water is jetted from the bottom part of a drilled hole H, the muddy water within earth and muddy water remaining in the drilled hole H is pushed up by the liquid hardening agent and discharged outside the drilled hole H, and hence the muddy water is replaced with the liquid hardening agent.
