Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show the oxidation preventing function of a coating agent on a level in which metallic gloss is held by specifying the m.p. of an oxidation preventing agent and the temp. rising rate to the m.p.
SOLUTION: In this hot treatment, as an oxidation preventing agent, the one having 200 to 600°C m.p. is used, and furthermore, by heating in which the temp. rising rate at least to the m.p. is regulated to 10 to 100°C/s, it is allowed to reach the prescribed hot treating temp. Thus, the temp. of this system reaches ≥600°C within <1min, and since there is no time of occurring dehydration reaction increasing the m.p. of the oxidation preventing agent, the oxidation preventing agent melts at ≤600°C which is the m.p. of the oxidation preventing agent of its own and shows oxidation preventing function at the m.p. or above. But, the temps. at which oxidation deteriorating the metallic gloss of a metallic material starts distribute at ≤600°C, the use of the oxidation preventing agent having ≤600°C m.p. is an important matter. However, in the case of <200°C m.p., the hydrating rate of boric acid series increases, and it is thermally uneconomical.
