To provide a polynucleotide sequence functioning as a photodisorder marker in a gene alley and to provide a method for personal care for detecting photodisorder by using the marker.

The presence of the photodisorder is determined by using at least one kind of photodisorder markers selected from a specific gene group derived from an SAGE library of the human skin.
