To improve the safety of commonly used but very combustible and dangerous resins and foamed polyurethane material by giving flame retardancy and nonflammability thereto without impairing excellent properties such as heat insulating property or flexibility.
One or several kinds of minerals such as a silica balloon, glass balloon, or sodium tetraborate are mixed and dispersed at 10 to 40 percent by weight with one or both of a first raw liquid (polyol) or second raw liquid (isocyanate) of the foamed polyurethane material. The foamed polyurethane material has the large feature of spraying work at a construction site. Therefore, the additive mineral may be prepared at ≤50 μ and mixed homogeneously so that an existing spray machine can be used. Other resins are made into melt states, and mixed and dispersed at 10 to 40 percent by weight with one or several kinds of minerals such as silica balloon, glass balloon, or sodium tetraborate.
