Abstract:
To provide a technique which is capable of imparting natural patterns such as a wood grain to the surface of a workpiece to be processed quite naturally and enables an operator to conduct given workings very easily without any skill at all.
This method for imparting the patterns is characterized by imparting drops 7, 14 of low surface tension to the surface coated with an aqueous coating material for forming the patterns until the coating material is still wet and in a fluid state and further disarranging the patterns formed by the coating material.
