Abstract:
To improve the resolution of data being obtained from a ladar system.
Ladar data are generated from a split beam laser signal being dispatched with specific elevation direction-scanning speed and specific orientation direction-scanning speed. In a method, when n and m are integers that are larger than 1, the elevation direction-scanning speed and the orientation direction-scanning speed where the laser signal is dispatched are reduced by magnifications of n and m, respectively.
