Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing cracking at the tip of a snout 1 of a galvanizing line and improving the life of the snout.
SOLUTION: In the method for improving the life of the galvanizing line snout, the plate thickness of a lower member 1b of the snout which is used while being immersed in a molten zinc bath pot of the galvanizing line is made to be 3 mm to 15 mm.
