Abstract:

To provide a new antigen that is an antigen for pulling out an enhancing antibody and composed of an antigen containing the hapten bearing metastable bonds and can be used in the production of an antibody enhancing the breakage or formation of a specifically metastable peptide bonds.

This is an antigen for pulling out an enhancing antibody, a new antigen containing the hapten bearing metastable bonds and is used for pulling out an antibody enhancing the breakage or formation of the metastable peptide bonds by their contact. This antigen is metastable in modified protein or in small peptide and is voluntarily hydrolyzed but is stable in natural proteins. But, when an antibody bonds to or near the metastable bond site, the metastable bond becomes unstable to increase the breakage rate. Therefore, the antigen is obtained by identifying the metastable bond site in the protein or peptide and synthesizing the amino acid sequence of the metastable site.
