To provide a method for reducing or inhibiting tumor growth in mammals.

The method for reducing or inhibiting the tumor growth in the mammals includes treating the mammals with an effective amount of a combination of a VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) receptor antagonist and radiation, chemotherapy and/or an additional receptor antagonist.
