Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the injecting and discharging method for a packing material which reduces working space and has a high working efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: An injecting and discharging furnace 2 is three-dimensionally constituted by providing the inside of this furnace with a discharging furnace 4 and an injecting furnace 3 above and below and providing a floor 7 with a storage section 5. The bottom thereof is formed to a slope projecting to the lower injecting furnace 3 and is provided with a value. A bent tubular work 6 is put into the discharging furnace 4 and a straight tubular work 1 is put into the injecting furnace 3. The packing material in the bent tubular work 6 is melted and discharged and is stored in the storage section when the inside of the discharging furnace 4 is heated. The valve is, thereupon, opened and the packing material is injected into the straight tubular work 1 existing below this valve.
