To provide a method and device for injecting the electrolytic solution of an electric double-layer capacitor for preventing the waste of the electrolytic solution, and for shortening the time required for injecting the electrolytic solution.
A gas in a case body 140 is discharged from a discharging path 152. A piston 154 is lowered under the drive action of an air cylinder 196, and a feeding path 172 is communicated with an opening 142, and the communication of the discharging path 152 with the opening 142 is interrupted. Electrolytic solution is heated by a heater 176 with a thermocouple of the feeding path 172 and injected into the case 140 in a state in which the viscosity has deteriorated. Thus, the feeding path 172 is separated from the discharging path 152, so that the electrolytic solution will not be discharged at discharging of gas.
