PURPOSE: To eliminate dispertion of fuel feeding due to error in manufacturing by performing fuel control making the sectional area of slits variable in the provision of a metaling rod formed slits on the piston of a variably venturi type carburettor.
CONSTITUTION: A piston 6 partitioned to be formed a negative pressure chamber 8 and an atmospheric chamber 9 in an outer cylinder 4 installed in the radial direction of an air intake passage 2. A metaling rod 27 which is hollow at quasi-half part of the extremity is fixed on the central axis of this piston, the vertical movement of the piston 6 makes inserting movement in a hollow cylindrical guide material 19 conducting into a float chamber 15. And plural slits 31 are formed which are narrow and long in the axial direction, the area of these slits are made variable by the guide material 19.
