Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting a cast mold for molding failure holes and a device therefor capable of inspecting a blocking degree in a complicated passage.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a method for measuring a wind speed by a wind speed sensor 5a after stabilizing air flowing out of a tail end opening K of a passage R by blowing in constant pressure air having a flow area cross section almost equal to the cross-sectional area of the passage R toward starting end openings J of the nonlinear passage R, a control means 2 for controlling the constant pressure air blown in one or plural starting end openings J of one or plural nonlinear passages R as a flow area cross section almost equal to the cross-sectional area of the passage R, a buffer means 7 for stabilizing air flowing out of one or plural tail end openings K of one or plural nonlinear passages R and the wind speed sensor 5a for measuring an air flow speed via the buffer means 7.
