Abstract:

To provide a method which can be applied to an automatic inspection of a ceramic sheet, for effectively and precisely detecting a flaw such as warpage of a large amount of ceramic sheets.

The method for inspecting a ceramic sheet for solid electrolyte film of solid oxide fuel cell includes the steps of detecting the warpage of a ceramic sheet by a triangulation distance type displacement sensor, and detecting a flaw on the surface and the inside of a ceramic sheet by a transmissive photoelectronic sensor.
