A process for measuring the electric resistance across both ends of the electrode wiring provided on a substrate, an image inspection process for extracting a disconnection part on the basis of the image data obtained by a photographing means with respect the electrode wiring part exceeding a set resistance value arbitrarily set in the electric resistance measuring process to determine coordinates, a process for repairing a flaw coordinates part using repairing paste, and a process for baking the electrode wiring including the repaired part.
