PURPOSE: To built the greened sound-insulating wall for insulating the noise around a road by attaching trapezoidal sound-adsorbing vegetation materials wrapping greening base materials on both the side of a space between columns and pouring soil into spaces between the sound-absorbing vegetation materials and the columns to form the sound-insulation wall.

CONSTITUTION: Trapezoidal greening base materials 2 are attached and fixed between columns 1, and soil bags 5, etc., are placed between the greening base materials. A fluidized soil 6 comprising a mixture of water, soil, fibers, etc., is charged or sound-insulating plates are inserted into the spaces surrounded with the columns and the greening base materials, and seeds or plants are sowed or planted on the horizontal parts of the stairs of the constructed greening base body.
