PURPOSE: To effectively sterilized and disinfect soil by inserting a nozzle into the soil and jetting ozone produced in an ozonizer together with compressed air into the soil.

CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 16 for jetting compressed air of an ozone jetter having an ozonizer (ozone producer) 8, a compressor 5 and a tank 6 for storing compressed air thereof, a valve 13 for controlling discharge of the compressed air and the nozzle 16 is inserted into soil to intermittently jet ozone gas or ozone water together with the compressed air. Thereby, soil is effectively disinfected.
