Abstract:

To provide a method and a kit for promoting neovasculature in mammal tissue using a composition of autologous plethoric platelet plasma.

The kit comprises a formulation for preparing the plethoric platelet plasma from the blood of a patient and a formulation for administering the plasma to an affected part needing neovasculature. The method and the kit are useful for treatment of tendinitis, especially lateral epicondyle inflammation and plantar fascia inflammation.
