PURPOSE: After preheated, tar-felt is laminated with a sheet of synthetic resin by pressing them under heating, thus increasing the speed of laminating tar-felt and synthetic resin sheets without lowering adhesion strength and adhesive properties.

CONSTITUTION: A mixture 3 containing a synthetic resin powder, pigments, plasticizers and others is passed through between heated calender rolls 4 to form sheet 2, which is horizontally sent between embossing roll made of iron 5 and rubber roll 6. Meanwhile, tar-felt 1 unwound from a roll is brought into contact with hot roll 7 under pressure to make the surface to be laminated tacky. Continuously tar-felt 1 with tacky surface at the lower side is sent from the upper side of the resin sheet 2 between embossing iron roll 5 and rubber roll 6 to form laminate sheet 8, which is taken up by winding.
