Title:
METHOD OF LAYING PIPELINE PIERCING DAM BODY BY NON-OPEN- CUTTING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3324513
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure water barrier function so as to eliminate anxiety about water leakage and to execute work safely in the case of laying a pipeline piercing a dam body by non-open-cutting.
SOLUTION: Cement slurry is injected inside from the upper part of a dam body 1 to construct a water barrier wall body 3 for cutting off a predetermined pipeline. Propulsion pipes 5A, 5B,... are horizontally pushed into the dam body 1 from a shaft 4 while cutting, and a water barrier propulsion pipe 6 provided with two elastic water barrier rings 61A, 61B and a grout filling port 62 between both members is interposed in a predetermined position intersecting the water barrier wall body 3. After forming a predetermined pipeline by extending normal propulsion pipes, an actuating means 7 is started to make two elastic water barrier rings bulge outward to form a closed space partially partitioning an annular clearance C between the outer peripheral surface and a cut face at the time of propulsion. Group is filled in the space to replace it with a grout filled layer M, thus providing water barrier function.
