Abstract:
To learn a learning model which predicts a sleep state.SOLUTION: The learning device acquires plural pieces of sleep data on the sleep of each user, and extracts plural pieces of sleep data in a stress-free state from the acquired plural pieces of sleep data, which were measured when the users were in a stress-free state. The learning device specifies the sleep state of a user of each sleep data in a stress-free state and calculates the index of the attribute or the state on the basis of the rate of the specified sleep state. The learning device generates plural pieces of learning data related to the calculated index for each piece of the sleep data in a stress-free state. The learning device learns a learning model by using plural pieces of learning data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
