PURPOSE: To obtain a photograph like a painting and a photograph having a filter effect or a pattern only in a prescribed part by photographing an image formed on a transmissive image-formation surface on a photosensitive body with a 2nd photographic lens.

CONSTITUTION: A 1st photographic lens 11 which can focus is provided on the front part of a lens barrel and a 2nd photographic lens 13 which adjusts a focal point on the image-formation surface of the 1st photographic lens 11 is provided on the rear part of the lens barrel. And also a means for loading and unloading a transmissive optical element having a special optical effect to the image-formation surface of the 1st photographic lens 11 is provided in the lens barrel. And the image formed on the transmissive image-formation surface 12 of the 1st photographic lens 11 is formed on the photosensitive body 14 with the 2nd photographic lens 13 so as to obtain the photograph. When a photographer wants to obtain a photograph like a painting, an image forming glass having unevenness on its surface is used as the transmissive image-formation surface 12, so that the image formed on the transmissive image-formation surface 12 becomes the image like the painting because of irregular refraction by the unevenness. Thus, the possibility of photographic expression can be expanded.
