Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a shielding sheet excellent in workability, quality control and durability by composing the shielding sheet such that a breakage can be located according to the presence of a current flowing through the conductive layer or conductive line in each of a large number of sections.
SOLUTION: The shielding sheet 6 is composed of a large number of shielding sheet units U1-U16 where a conductive layer or a conductive part (line) is formed for each of a large number of sections on an insulating sheet 2. Conductors E1, E2, E3, E4,... of respective unit U1-U16 are connected in parallel with a power supply and a selector detects the current flowing through the conductive line 4 of each unit U1-U16. When one sheet 2 is broken to open the line 4, no current flows between the conductors E and thereby a broken unit U can be detected. Since the breakage of sheet 2 can be located by detecting the current flow, manufacturing cost of measuring instrument can be reduced significantly. Furthermore, since the detecting part is built in the sheet 2, the detection electrode is not corroded by decoction and the durability is enhanced.
