Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a zipper bag making method in which a bag with a zipper opened can be made and the opening of the bag can be opened wide in a positive and easy manner when a material to be packaged is packed and, thus, the bag is suitable for a bag supply, packing, and packagining device constituted to be in-line with a bag making device.
CONSTITUTION: A continuous packaging film W is folded up. A zipper tape J is interleaved between the edges of the packaging film. Furthermore, a separator 10 is inserted between tape films J3 and J4 of the zipper tape J. The zipper is passed through a slit 10d of the separator 10. The engagement of the zipper is released by a zipper disengaging part 10c. The separation of the packaging film W from the separator 10 is prevented by a pair of film guides 20, 20. The zipper tape J and the packaging film W are heat-sealed with each other by a pair of zipper tape welding heaters 301, 301. The both are longitudinally sealed with each other in accordance with a register mark M by a side sealing device 40, thereafter being be cut.
