Abstract:

To provide a method for making a nozzle hole having desired upper and lower hole diameters by suppressing unevenness in the illuminance of irradiating light as much as possible, and to provide such a nozzle hole.

In a method for making the nozzle hole of an ink jet head by electrodeposition using a resist pattern, the resist pattern is formed by laser exposure and the hole diameter is differentiated at the upper and lower parts of the resist pattern.
