Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten a compression process following to the tack adhesion by sealing an isocyanate curing agent and/or an isocyanate cure-accelerating agent in a pre-process wherein clamping adhesion is conducted after the application in use of, as an adhesive, a moisture-curing type urethane liquid adhesive or a moisture-curing type urethane hot melt adhesive.
CONSTITUTION: A method of applying an urethane adhesive on a honeycomb core agent or a surface plate appropriately employs an application method of a roll coater application, spray application, bead application or the like. The quantity of application is controlled to be uniformly applied in the range of about 20-300g/m2. In the case of applying and compression-bonding an urethane adhesive, at the pre-process, namely, before the fact thereof, an isocyanate curing agent and/or isocyanate cure-accelerator are sealed in the part defined between the spaces of the honeycomb core and the upper and lower surface agents, following this, clamping adhesion is effected. More preferably, such clamping adhesion is carried out by supersonic heating adhesion. As a consequence, an instantaneous gasfication effect is performed, with the result that the mutual operation with the adhesive is improved extraordinarily.
